A Note from Elisabeth:

I LOVE what I do! I adore my clients and I feel blessed to be able to share my passions with those around me.

To me, being healthy and fit in mind, body and spirit is just a way of life. It is the way I live. Total Lifestyle Consulting is an outlet and medium for me to bring my lessons, teachings, wisdom and way of life to those of you who are looking to grow, learn and expand in mind, body or spirit.

I offer programs for any or all of these components. Fitness Training, Life Coaching, Intuitive Eating Coaching and Healthy Cooking .Total Lifestyle consulting provides services for all of your lifestyle needs.

I love to teach and I love those who want to learn and grow. My style is gentle but motivating and inspiring. I want to inspire you to want to feel, be and look your best. I believe in building programs with strong foundations based in education. This is how true lifestyle changes are birthed. I want to teach you rather than just tell you what to do. I want you to understand and I want to listen. I work with each and every client in a highly individual manner. No two programs are alike. I listen to you and work very intuitively with how we progress and move forward. This is what makes your sessions so invaluable and not reproducible in a non-private format.
