Elisabeth has a natural gift of healing the body. Seven years ago I was in a major car accident that left me in constant pain. Then in 2005 I had kidney surgery that left added to my already significant back pain. Due to my back’s weakened state, I found that I kept re-injuring it which directly affected my quality of life. In 2008 I met Elisabeth who has helped me tremendously. She started me out slowly, stretching and strengthening me with Yoga and various therapeutic exercises. She was incredibly compassionate and caring. She brought with her a smile, energy, and more knowledge of anyone I have ever worked with in my life. She never hesitated to answer my questions, and with an incredible amount of determination, she never gave up. After working with Elisabeth I would get compliments from my family of how good I looked (I was a model for 15 years) and more importantly I could sleep better, walk better, move better and my quality of life improved immensely. My needs we not as crucial anymore but my time with Elisabeth was, and because of her I am a better wife, mother and woman. She is an incredible woman, trained healer, and someone I would recommend to any person that wants to feel and look better. She helps her clients get strong and healthy in mind, body and spirit.
