<p>Body Camp is not your traditional boot camp. It is a workout that goes to the next level through education and instruction. We start with a series of Eischens Yoga Poses to activate, lengthen, strengthen and align the body. Next we warm up in a dynamic fashion to wake up the body on all planes of movement and finally we finish with a boot camp style circuit workout to optimize your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and toning.</p>
<p>You will not only get a terrific workout but you will learn so much about how to make your body move and function optimally. You will learn how to activate and utilize your core strength, how to expand and elongate your muscles, proper body alignment, how to strengthen weak muscles and release overactive ones, how to elongate and lengthen the spine, increase your range of motion and find your balanced body.</p>
<p>This workout is made suitable for many different levels by showing modifications and encouraging participants to work at their own level. There is no intimidation, just lots of fun, support and healthy exercise. Participants must not have any major muscular or orthopedic issues.</p>
<p>This will be a fun, warm, non-intimidating environment where we encourage and support one another to be fit, healthy and full of vitality.</p>
<p>This four week session also includes a weekly recipe and inspirational quote, free Intuitive Eating advice and spot coaching.</p>

<h2>Thursday afternoon workouts with Elisabeth</h2>

<p><strong>150 Vaquero Dr., Templeton CA.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ongoing Thursdays at 4pm.</strong></p>
<p>This ongoing class is a combination of Eischens Yoga, dynamic, full range body weight exercises and core training. We start off with a series of Eischens Yoga poses to activate,lengthen, stregthen and align the muscles and body. Next we warm up with some full range of motion dynamic movements to open the body in all planes of movement and finally we work the core and total body with a series of body weight exercises. We build stability strength first and then work our way up to full strength movements while focusing on form, alignment and ideal functioning of the body and its movement. Modifications for all levels as well as specific areas of focus such as low back, hip, shoulder issues etc.</p>
